we've been calling baby girl a kitten since pretty much the beginning even before we knew she was going to be a girl named catherine. just last night it occurred to us for the first time how funny it is that colby's nickname is colby cat and i used to think i was a cat and made everyone call me kitty. we're just two big cats having a litter of one tiny kitten :)

ReplyDeleteso isn't it ironic that her initials will be CAT if you keep the middle name Amory? Wow lots of little things coming together for this little kitten.
Think about her all the time. What willshe be like? ( Has to be beautiful getting her looks from her mommy and daddy) what will her talents be, her temperament, what color hair (will she be a redhead?) Just can't wait to meet this little gift of love!
I can't wait for you to get down here and meet her. If my interactions with her are indicative of how she will be when she sees you get prepared for a kick or three.
DeleteThe redhead think is certainly a possibility. I am hoping for a tall runner. As for temperament? We'll see, Nellie and I both have some fire in our bellies.
